Cafe Assistant duties to include: - Working front of house providing quality customer service and providing the public with information about the park, cooking, food preparation, clearing of tables, keeping all working areas and the kitchen clean and tidy, serving customers and cash handling, plus any other related tasks.

On offer is on a casual contract with permanent part time/ full time opportunities. Successful candidates would be expected to work weekends and Bank holidays. Roles would be between 3 of our country parks - Druridge Bay, Plessey Woods and Bolam Lake.

Applicants will need to show initiative, experience and knowledge of the countryside is preferred, but not essential.
