We are looking for a Development Assistant to support the management and delivery of complaints and representations, data subject access requests and workforce development functions within the Quality and Review Service across Children's & Joint Commissioning and Adult & Community Based Services.
A degree of flexibility is needed as you will be responsible for supporting across the differing remits of these service areas; with the day-to-day administration of complaints and data subject access requests, liaising with a range of people, collating data, maintaining accurate records, handling complex and sensitive data, co-ordinating audits, maintaining practice manuals and supporting the wider remit of the Quality and Review Service.
You will need to have experience of working within a customer service environment, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to deal effectively with a range of queries from members of the public and council colleagues. You will be competent in the use of ICT systems and be committed to high standards of performance. You will receive a good induction and ongoing training whilst in the role and will be part of a hardworking, enthusiastic and supportive team.
