We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and suitably experienced individual who will provide line supervision of case contact officers who are taking/making calls to people impacted by COVID-19, people who have COVID-19 specific enquiries and people who are identified as COVID-19 positive cases and/or contacts.
This post provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience as your duties will include providing support in the delivery of COVID-19 Local Tracing Partnership, supervising the operational procedures of daily cases of COVID-19 to ensure delivery of the required service response and staffing requirement to meet service demands.
If you have the relevant experience and the ability to provide sound, reasonable judgement particularly while working under pressure we would welcome an application from you. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate recent supervisory experience. The post is for a service which is operational seven days a week from the hours 8am – 8pm. Secondment would be considered.
