"An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Early Years Team for an Administrative Finance Assistant. You will have a key role to play in ensuring that early education funding is used effectively to support the 5,000 children that attend early years provision accross the County. You will cover a range of tasks including the payment of all early education funding to schools, academies and private, voluntary and independent providers (PVI) via a bespoke inhouse designed database management system. You will also be involoved in managing and developing this system. We are looking for team players with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, able to work on their own initiative and work flexibly to cater for the varying demands of the role. You will be able to accurately maintain and update information in a range of departmental management information systems.
