This is a new post and an exciting opportunity to work in the Housing Options Team at Darlington Borough Council supporting the team to deliver positive outcomes for clients at risk of rough sleeping and homelessness. You will be required to provide low level case with support the Housing Options Officers, develop personalised plans and signpost customers to the appropriate agencies. You will work closely with our Outreach Support Teams in delivering rough sleeper sweeps, counts and support when required. You will have responsibility for managing the councils obligations for the Duty To Refers under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
