Our vibrant and friendly day nursery is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to support our Nursery Manager in leading our team. Candidates should be positive, energetic, patient and willing to work with children, parents and colleagues. A Montessori practitioner helps children reach their own potential. They must not only foster independent growth but also assist children to learn at their own pace through self-correcting lessons.
The Montessori Nursery Guisborough is situated on the grounds of Prior Pursglove College. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills and expertise in a management role, whilst ensuring that all children receive the highest standards of care and education.
To be considered for this role you will need:
• Previous supervisory experience, including EYFS and Safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
• A full and relevant childcare qualification (level 3 or above)
• Experience of delivering the Montessori principles would be an advantage, but full training will be offered
