We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual, as we are looking to grow what we currently offer in both of these kitchens ,our aim is to increase the footfall and open to a wider customer base. Therefore, the post holder will need to demonstrate that they have relevant experience in this area of work.
The post holder will need to hold an NVQ qualification or equivalent in catering and have experience of managing staff a (management qualification is desirable) . This will include the use of IT for completing staff rotas, agreeing annual leave, and facilitating staff meetings and supervisions for staff
The post holder must be competent and efficient in all areas of the kitchen management e.g., menu planning, ordering, cleaning, storage, disposal, and record keeping complying with all legal and organisational requirements.
The post holder will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality freshly cooked food offering good value and choice.
