The Role: You will be part of an innovative team working with vulnerable customers living in our supported living schemes, you will provide excellent person-centred support to customers in order to improve their quality of life and enable independent living for longer. You will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders and will need to liaise with a range of organisations.
The position:
We are looking to recruit relief workers to cover pool shifts across our supported housing schemes, shifts include;
Mon – Fri 8am-4pm shifts in our learning disability, older and young persons schemes
Mon – Sun 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-5pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12, 11-15pm-8.15am night shift in our young peoples scheme.
We are also looking for relief workers to support cover for Night Shift and we offer generous shift enhancements.

The Person:
Passionate and experienced with working with older and vulnerable people, with great communication skills and an understanding of how good housing can enhance customer's lives. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed and the ability to work in partnership with an onsite care team.
