The Governors of Shotton Primary School seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with management experience to the key role of Deputy Head Teacher.

The successful candidate will become an integral strategic member of our dedicated, hardworking Senior Leadership Team, who put the needs of our children at the forefront of their practice.

Applicants will need to provide high quality leadership in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.

Key Responsibilities:
• To work alongside the head teacher to ensure the highest possible standard of education for our children.
• A proportion of the week will involve class teacher responsibility.
• Strategic and management responsibility including subject leadership.
• Ensure effective day to day running of the school.
