The Role: To work as part of our Financial Inclusion Team within the Income Advice and Collection Service, to ensure our customers are able to maximise their income, manage their budget and sustain their tenancies.  
 
The Person: We are looking for applicants who are passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers. We expect a working knowledge and experience of dealing with benefits, budgeting and financial inclusion activities.
