Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join their very successful team from January 2024 to provide 1-1 and small group support within the classroom for children with Special Educational Needs.

You will be required to work closely with the class teacher and TAs in EYFS and KS2.

The successful candidate must:- have infinite patience- be a team player, willing to seek and offer support- be an effective communicator- have some knowledge of SEND or be willing to learn and undertake any necessary training- have recent experience of working within childcare;- have confidence in their own literacy and numeracy skills;- have the highest expectations of children’s behaviour and capacity to learn- have a sense of humour.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week.
