Further Information
We are looking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills who is able to work to tight deadlines until September 2025. 
 
You will be responsible for capturing and reporting the range of information sources across the team; and in doing so, challenging and streamlining existing systems in accordance with lean systems thinking to remove unnecessary processes / elements that may be hindering our performance. 
 
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will develop and maintain a significant breadth of knowledge on activities available within the partnership to effectively signpost and advise colleagues, clients and the community where required.

You will be responding to service requests ensuring effective information capture and data entry – thereby supporting the efficient working of place-based team activities and the maintenance of regulatory systems, databases and digital services.

You will also assist in the drafting of reports and presentations in formats which are appropriate to the customer.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will hold a BTEC Level 3 in Business Administration / ICT/ Data / Intelligence Analysis or equivalent.

You should have experience of inputting, handling and extracting data from electronic datasets.

If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.

HYBRID WORKING
Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
