If so, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly regarded Virtual School Team, and take forward our vision to get the best possible outcomes for all of the children and young people that we work with.
You will be supervised by the Virtual School’s Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist and you will support the wider Virtual School team to:

Improve outcomes for children and young people through direct preventative and early intervention work

Deliver evidence-based intervention programmes with individuals and groups of children and young people, working alongside key school staff and multi-agency professionals

Develop resources to enhance training and staff development

Develop capacity in the workforce through modelling interventions and delivering training Engage in action research to evaluate the impact of the interventions 

The successful candidates will be passionate about the application of psychology and have a desire to develop their practice and knowledge of the role, including aspirations to undertake the doctorate training course in Educational Psychology.  They will have experience of working with children and young people in an educational or other relevant contexts.
