WHAT IS INVOLVED:
We are a busy, supportive, friendly and enthusiastic team, who provide customer focused, high quality advice and support across a wide range of HR activities within corporate services. You will enjoy flexible hybrid working between your home and our office based in County Hall, Durham.

WHAT WILL I NEED:
We are looking for somebody with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent in a relavant subject, with experience of providing HR advice across a range of HR activities, with particular emphasis on attendance management and supporting managers with formal investigations. You should be confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent problem solving and organisational skills.

Candidates who do not evidence that they meet the essential qualifications and experience listed on the person specification will not be short-listed.

Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
