The Role: Housing Plus Officer (3 x fixed term posts until 28 July 2024)
 2 x 37 hours per week 1 x 18.5 hours (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Based at one of our Housing Plus schemes for vulnerable tenants (including older people and people with learning disabilities), you will support independent living and create positive and vibrant communal living spaces. This will involve developing community networks and providing low level person-centred support as well as working with a range of partners. You will have responsibility for building and tenancy management.
 
The Person: Passionate about working with older and vulnerable people, with great communication skills and an understanding of how good housing support can enhance customer's lives. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer focussed.

References will be requested prior to interview for all roles requiring DBS clearance. The successful applicant will not commence in their role until satisfactory DBS clearance is obtained.
