We are delighted to be recruiting for a part time System & Automation Assistant to join our busy Technology Enablement & Business Rates Team, within the Revenues, Benefits & Welfare Service.
 
Day to day duties will include monitoring and updating exceptions and rejections from automated processing, acknowledging and responding to basic e mail enquiries, inputting data for straightforward amendments using the on line forms available, dealing with confidential requests for information from internal and external organisations as well as providing administrative support to the service.    
 
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council issues and collects council tax and business rates from around 90,000 households and 5,700 businesses every year to fund the delivery of its services across the borough. The Revenues, Benefits and Welfare Service supports the most financially vulnerable of the borough’s residents, administering a wide range of welfare support schemes.
