Hours of Work: 37 Hours per week (flexibility is required due to the nature of role) additional “plus” weeks to be discussed at interview

Kings Priory School are wishing to appoint a dynamic, customer focused Personal Assistant to the Principal. The ideal candidate should be hardworking and versatile, with excellent communication, IT and people skills. They should be able to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment, including the ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and deal with competing priorities. The applicant should preferably have experience of working in a school environment or a very busy office. You should be a team player with excellent inter-personal skills both spoken and written and the ability to use your own initiative is essential. In addition to the substantive PA responsibilities, other areas of responsibility or management (for example admissions, reprographics, to name but a few) may be fitting which can be discussed either at interview or informally beforehand. The Principal would be more than happy to have an informal confidential conversation with interested applicants.
