As the Programme Delivery Manager you will be responsible for a capital budget allocation of in excess of £25m per annum and be required to fill the role of “expert client”, with regards to CDM 2015, providing the operational delivery teams with instruction, support and guidance, incorporating the principals of NEC3.

You must also have experience of repairs and investment of domestic properties as well as public/commercial buildings and will be required to oversee quality assurance inspections following completion of works.

You will need to have good construction related knowledge, experience and be capable of supporting a range of procurement and tendering activities, currently through the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)
 
As the Authority enters into the early stages of a new Housing and Property Services Unified IT system, you will support the design solution team for the Asset Management and Project Management workstreams to ensure the new IT system reaches its full potential. 

The salary is £46,464 to £51,515 per annum.
