Full Time (37 hours Mon Fri) Term Time plus 5 training days, plus 5 additional days.
Ideally, the post holder will have a proven track record in sourcing and establishing links with local employers that result in placements for learners, whilst also providing employers with support and guidance to support learners on placement. The post holder will contribute to the design and delivery of learner programmes including recruitment and induction and support learners undertaking employment experience opportunities.
A post compulsory teaching qualification at level 6 and assessor qualifications would be advantageous.
