The Property Services Department within Redcar & Cleveland Council delivers an integral service to the local authority. The position will assist in the development of the corporate asset management plan, its high-level strategic aims and principles.
The successful applicant will assist service Directorates in developing Service Asset Management Plans and identifying their long-term objectives for property resources used to deliver their services. To analyse property data to make informed property related decisions and to ensure and demonstrate that the property portfolio is fit for purpose, economically sustainable and delivers value for money. To assist in the collation of performance information measures to demonstrate this.
The applicant would also be required to carry out post construction work, space planning, develop & implement programmes of work. Manage live projects onsite ensuring compliance with all H&S aspects associated to the work and inhouse procurement processes.
