Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council are looking to recruit an Advanced Practitioner to join our Childrens social work academy. The Advanced Practitioner will be a mentor to our Newly Qualified Social Workers- providing them with coaching, observation, and guidance so that they can develop their skills to support families to build resilience and facilitate positive change. Whilst this is a non, case holding position, there is a requirement to undertake work alongside our Newly Qualified Social Workers.
