We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well as part of a team but also has the ability to manage their workload autonomously. 

The FIS and School Admissions Team Administer the allocation of school and provide detailed information, advice and support to families, parents, schools, officers and a

range of other professionals on admission, transport and childcare issues. 

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and will be able to communicate effectively with individuals from a range of backgrounds.

The job is based at County Hall but does involve some home working. 

It is a permanent contract, 37hrs per week, Band 4.


REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

· GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent

· Have good working-knowledge of all the schools in the local and surrounding areas

· ICT/Keyboard skills, be able to understand and interpret simple data

· Commitment to the provision of a quality service to the general public, parents, headteachers, governors, County Council officers and members
