The successful candidate will manage and develop our 16-17 supported accommodation services. You will enhance our offer to young people and update our Statement of Purpose. This role may be your first application to become an Ofsted Registered Manager.
In your role as Ofsted Registered Manager for 16+ Supported Accommodation you will ensure that all services are compliant and you are meeting the Ofsted regulatory standards, framework and requirements. You will implement, improve and develop the relevant operating policy and procedures of the Local Authority. You will foster a positive environment for our young people , acheive the best outcomes for them and support our "Start Life Well" priorities. This is an exciting role to develop services and an oppertunity to make a real differance to young peoples lives.
