We're seeking to appoint Support Assistants with experience of providing support to assist with the learning and personal development of all our pupils. You will work to establish positive relationships, empathising with the needs of our pupils whilst also completing other curriculum related tasks.
We are looking for Support Assistants who can inspire and who have:
- Experience of working in a school environment and organising small groups.
- Support Assistant Level 2 qualification.
- The ability to empathise with the needs of young people and establish positive relationships.
