To help us recruit social workers who are committed to working in Middlesbrough we are currently offering a 10% supplement to social work salaries.  This additional 10% will be reviewed at the end of March 2025.

We are looking to recruit a Principal Practitioner for our established Learning Disability and Transitions Service in Middlesbrough. Applications are welcomed from experienced Principal Practitioners / Deputy Managers or Social Workers looking to progress.

The successful candidate will need to be passionate about delivering the very best outcomes for people with Learning Disabilities, often with additional needs and will want to make a difference.

We need someone who is enthusiastic, creative and enjoys working as part of an experienced, supportive, and friendly team who wants to improve the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities from their transition to adulthood at 17 years through to their later years.
