Your Homes Newcastle has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Asset Management team in the role of Asset Management Programme Officer.
 
The Role:
To monitor and report on the HRA Capital Programme investment works, maintain stock condition information into our Asset Management System, record, scrutinise and assess all financial updates to ensure relevant and accurate programming, meet regularly with key budget holders and provide updates on progress, deviations, issues, and impacts, provide day to day support to our Senior Specialist Asset Management and the Assets Team Leaders.
 
The Person:
Will be a highly enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with knowledge of housing maintenance, refurbishment or property management and financial systems, with an understanding of housing and regeneration.
Experience in updating information, identifying gaps and possible solutions within an asset information system, producing reports, interpreting, and presenting complex data, in a concise and professional manner.
Competent in the creation and manipulation of spreadsheets and databases with the ability to utilise other computerised information systems.
 A very organised individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritse your workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
