Your Role:
 
As a Graduate Engineer in our Structures Team you will embark on an exciting learning journey:
 
Structural Design Fundamentals: Begin to understand and apply the principles of designing bridges, and retaining walls and other structures
Site Assessments and Inspections: Participate in on-site inspections and data collection, strengthening your understanding of structural behaviour
Technical Software Training: gain proficiency with structural design and analysis tools, enhancing your engineering skillset
Cross Team Collaboration: Work alongside professionals with diverse expertise, broadening your understanding of infrastructure projects 

What You'll Bring:
 
 
Recent Civil Engineering Degree: A strong academic foundation in engineering principles with a keen interest in highways structures
Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn: A desire to ask questions, explore solutions and continuously expand your knowledge
