A committed, enthusiastic, and well-motivated person is required for the position of Conference Admin Assistant to join our team within the Independent Reviewing and Monitoring Team of Children’s Services.

You will work as part of a busy team offering admin support and provide an efficient and effective minute-taking service to the Independent Reviewing Officers. 

The duties will also include playing an active part in meetings, minute taking directly into a proforma using a laptop and visual display, post / mail services and data input into the Council’s database.   

Applicants should possess the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrate flexibility in their approach to work, adopt a willing attitude to the changing needs of the service and be able to work as a member of the team as well as using their own initiative.

GCSE English Language A-C is essential, and you will have an extensive knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office and other relevant packages and be able to demonstrate competency at a specified level.
