About the Role:
 
Working as a Social Worker is both challenging and rewarding.  Assigned to our Learning Disability Team you will undertake a range of strengths-based interventions to ensure adults with care and support needs and their families and carers' achieve their desired outcomes. 
 
You will be able to access a fully comprehensive programme of learning and development and receive the opportunity to further develop your PQ to support your future progression.

About You: Driven by research, innovation and the desire to develop best practice, you must demonstrate an applied knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation and the NHS Continuing Health Care Framework and be willing to undertake further bespoke learning and development to support your future progression. 
 
As an experienced Social Worker you will want to continue practicing in a setting that believes that people are at their healthiest and happiest when they are supported to remain independent, close to the people they love and who love them, in the neighbourhoods and communities they call home.
