The Trust is looking to appoint two highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate classroom practitioners to work at Bloemfontein Primary School - a happy and thriving village school, which lies at the heart of its community.

The successful applicant will be:

• An outstanding child centred teacher with high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and attainment

a proven track record for achieving excellent pupil progress

• An inspirational and collaborative leader able to motivate and empower staff and children

• Committed to play a full part in whole school strategic planning and development

• Committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners and a genuine desire to work co-operatively with
parents/carers, staff and other professionals

• Adept at monitoring standards and progress to ensure high standards

• Proficient in planning and providing inspirational and relevant learning experiences

• Able to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice

• Able to demonstrate high expectations of themselves and their children

• Passionate about children and their development whilst still driving forward pupil progress and achievement

• Able to make learning real, in order to unlock pupil engagement, stimulate curiosity, provide deeper thinking and a
passion for learning

• Able to demonstrate curriculum knowledge, and confidence

• Committed to developing and sustaining excellent relationships across the whole school community

• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills

• An approachable, determined and resilient character
