We have an exciting opportunity for a PPA Class Teacher to join our team in September 2024.
 
We are seeking an individual to:
  • Implement and deliver an appropriate broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils.
  • Foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity for fulfil their individual potential.
  • Set high expectations for pupils’ behaviour and maintain a good standard of discipline through well-focused teaching, fostering positive relationships and implementing the school’s behaviour policy and systems.
 The successful candidate will have:
  • The ability to be a highly effective classroom practitioner.
  • Effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Knowledge of a range of teaching and learning styles.
  • Experience of planning and evaluating learning activities and assessing/tracking pupil progress.
  • Knowledge and experience of meeting the individual educational needs of children.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
