Due to the retirement of our current post holder we require a Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years staff team in January 2027.
At Eastlea we pride ourselves on our open, friendly and supportive school ethos. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual who has experience in supporting learners within a school Nursery setting. First-hand knowledge of developing early language skills and phonological awareness is essential, and some experience of the delivery of Read Write Inc is desirable. Recent experience and knowledge of supporting the needs of SEND learners with a range of communication difficulties is also essential as well as the ability to take a lead in carrying out group interventions.

The post is a permanent contract with variable hours, starting at 32.5 hours for full day support in our school Nursery. Variable hours Min 10 Max 32.5)
