We are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support hearing impaired children and young people 0-19 in educational settings across County Durham.
You will have:
* NNEB (cache) BTEC Diploma in childhood studies, NVQ level 3 in childcare and educational/early years and education.
* Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream setting
* British Sign Language or a willingness to train
* Competent and working knowledge of ICT
* Your own transport arrangements to enable you to travel across the County
The post is currently based at SEND Team Belmont CE Junior School, Durham, however it involves travel to and between various sites across the County.
