Required from 21st September 2014 until 19th December 2014 temporary Clerical Assistant (Term Time Only) - 25 hours per week or the day befofre the substantive postholder returns.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed, hardworking, well organised person with excellent interpersonal skills to the position of School Clerk.
Prospective candidates will be expected to be the first point of contact, face to face with parents and visitors. Candidates must also have the ability to answer telephone calls and deal with email communication. They will have experience of word processing and the ability to use ICT. They must be well organised and will provide clerical assistance to support teaching staff with their administrative work and work alongside the school clerk with general administration duties.

Essential Qualifications:

5 GCSEs (A*-C) including Maths and English or equivalent
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline (eg: Business Administration Level 2 OR appropriate experience)
