The Regeneration and Economic Development Service is looking to recruit an Office Accommodation Strategy Team Leader who will be responsible for the coordination of the Authority's Strategic Office Accommodation management and planning, specifically the on-going rationalisation of the Council portfolio of offices and Assets occupied by County Council staff.
The post-holder will also be responsible for the coordination of the potential transfer of assets to community groups as part of the “Big Ask” project
