The post is a temporary Maternity cover until 30th August 2015 or the day before the substantive postholder returns.

The postholder will implement a peformance management programme, preparing and delivering analytical reports and findings, maintaining tracking systems to measure performance improvement; and presenting performance information to a range of audiences.

Other duties will include planning, developing and co-ordinating the production of a suite of complex performance reports that meet the needs of management teams and Partnership Boards; overseeing the administration of statutory surveys in line with prescribed guidance and submitting results to appropriate agencies in line with set timetables.

Essential Qualifications:
NVQ Level 4 in Performance/Data related subject or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
