The Governors seek to appoint a suitably qualified teacher who can provide exciting, high quality lessons within a stimulating learning environment to join our happy and caring school community. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner responsible for a Year 5 class, with Senior Management experience or having completed some recognised Management Training (eg. Leading from the Middle, Leadership Pathways, Preparing for Deputy Headship etc.).
They will be caring, enthusiastic and dedicated, able to foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff throughout the school community and be willing to be fully involved in the life of the school.
Candidates will be required to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.
It is essential that any potential applicants have the support of their Head Teacher and Governors before proceeding with this application.
