i.e. pre-progression grade 9 scp 30 - 34, post -progression grade 11 scp 36 - 40

(Temporary until 31/12/14 subject to service review/ return of the substantive postholder)
Temporary Social Worker required to work within the Durham & Chester-le- Street Locality Team.
The team enjoys excellent working relationships with colleagues in Health and other statutory and non-statutory organisations.
The Social Worker is responsible for completing assessment of needs, care planning and reviewing and working within multi-disciplinary settings.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have an up to date knowledge of Multi-Agency working and the associated agenda.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 13/10/14.
Required Qualifications: DipSW or recognised equivalent, HCPC Registration, together with experience of working with the client group serviced by the team.
The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
