Further Information
A temporary Conveyancer is required within Legal Services until March 2015 to process the property work required to facilitate the transfer of the Council's housing stock.

Applicants should have substantial experience of registering land and a knowledge of relevant case law and good practice.

The post holder will provide property related advice to the project team and the Head of Economic Development and housing in an efficient and effective manner.
