Applications are invited for a 12 month traineeship in Landscape and heritage conservation with the North Pennines AONB Partnership.

In exchange for comprehensive training across the range of our conservation initiatives, the successful candidate will work in the AONB team to enhance their existing qualifications. This should equip them to take up a professional role in landscape and heritage conservation. This traineeship is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Candidates must have access to a car or means of mobility support to meet the demands of the post. The work will be based 5 days a week between offices in Stanhope and Allendale.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held in Stanhope on Tuesday 11th November 2014 and as part of the interview process there will be an aptitude test.
