To assist in providing a high quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will provide a high quality service for customers, ensuring facilities are used safely and appropriately, and that all users of the service enjoy a safe, secure, clean and enjoyable environment.

With previous relevant experience, you will be enthusiastic and motivated, and prepared to follow a rotating shift pattern which includes evenings and weekends. The post holder will be required to demonstrate their ability to provide a quality leisure service in a swimming pool environment.

Required Qualifications:
• National Pool Lifeguard
• First Aid Certificate
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in appropriate area

Applicants holding other related sporting qualifications would be preferred but is not essential to apply.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
