Further Information
The Postholder will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of technical inspections and surveys for electrical installations and repairs within Durham City Homes housing stock.
It is proposed that staff working for Durham City Homes will transfer to the new organisation Durham City Homes Limited, part of the new County Durham Housing Group, on 23rd March 2015.
Candidates should hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an electrical related discipline together with experience of working in a building environment.
