An opportunity has arisen to cover Maternity Leave until 31/01/2016 or until the return of the substantive post holder.

The post is part of Culture & Sports new Wellbeing Service and the post holder will take a lead role in developing pathways to support a range of hard to reach populations to benefit from associated Sports and Cultural programmes.

The postholder will be expected to support the achievement of commercial and social objectives of the service, manage all commissioned activity, and ensure the service contributes to the wider Wellbeing agenda.

The postholder will be responsible for the employees and budget for the service area.

Required Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related discipline
Member of a relevant professional body.

The post is initially based at County Hall. However you may be required to work at any council workplace within County Durham.
