Studio West is a Studio School situated in West Newcastle. We are a small school sponsored by Kenton Multi Academy Trust. Our philosophy is: “Learning that Connects”. We are committed to connecting the world of work to learning in the classroom.

Unique staff required:

Studio West is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with the ability to teach GCSE Product Design and/or Engineering and A Level Product Design and/or BTEC Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver innovative and inspiring teaching through an exciting curriculum focused on ensuring the best learning outcomes for students. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher with the skills, determination, and commitment and drive to ensure that our students achieve and succeed at the highest levels. We very much welcome applications from professionals who feel they can match the needs and vision of Studio West.

Much of our curriculum is delivered through project based learning, working alongside our business partners. The ability to offer a second subject will be advantageous and applications from Newly Qualified Teachers are also welcomed with suitable experience.
