The Governors of this over-subscribed and friendly school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, adaptable, enthusiastic and imaginative Teaching Assistant to support the learning of pupils. The successful candidate may work within a ‘designated’ class or with individual children from Nursery to Year 6, as part of a large team of experienced teaching assistants.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to commence or further develop their career in supporting teaching and enhancing the learning of children.
Applicants should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and have previous experience of supporting pupils within a school. They should have a caring attitude, be able to liaise with parents and external agencies. The successful candidate will also have an excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and the National Curriculum (2014).
