Therefore a strategic, enthusiastic person is required to drive attendance to the next level of success ensuring all students are ambitious and confident, attending school each day and have a support network to achieve.

Durham Federation is on an incredibly exciting journey and has been transformed over the last 18 months. We are now ready to move to the next stage of our development plan in order to grow and nurture ambitious, confident and respectful young people with the skills, qualities and moral purpose to achieve great things. The outstanding attendance of our students is central to this and therefore to be successful in this role you must fully understand the needs of our community and be passionate about making a difference.

You will play a pivotal role in taking Durham Federation further by ensuring increased levels of attendance are maintained on both our school sites. As well as having a very high level of expertise in this area, you must have a clear vision of how to engage both students and parents/carers.
