The Nursery Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant (Nursery) to join our dynamic, progressive and highly-respected team, working in a high quality, calm and reflective environment. You will support nursery aged children, stepping into the family key person role across the week. You will share the responsibility for contributing to planning, children’s learning journals, documentation and assessment, fully embedding yourself in the life of the school. You will also be required to support the lunch time period, role modelling to children alongside other staff members.

The hours will be split across 5 afternoons, starting at 11.30 am and working until 3.30 pm.

The post will be reviewed at the end of the contract period with a view to being extended dependent on funding.

Applicants must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent in early years education/childcare, and be appropriately experienced in working with children aged 3 – 4 years.
