Further information

The role will involve dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. This includes opening, sorting, date stamping, scanning and delivering incoming mail electronically using a document management system as well as preparing and presenting outgoing mail. The successful candidate will respond to or re-direct email enquiries, assist with deliveries, photocopying, laminating and other general office duties.
You will be assisting with the revenues and benefits department dealing with enquiries and existing customers
