Performance and Data Management Function within Fleet Transport - GPS Data Control Administration
To support the Performance and Data Management function within Fleet Transport in relation to vehicle use, tasks to include gathering data on vehicle utilisation and driver behaviour. May be requested to accompany officers on site visits as required, appropriate clothing must be worn on such occasions. Duties include receiving telephone calls and dealing with visitors, preparing and presenting a range of documetns such as correspondance and emails to an agreed standard, operate general office equipment, maintaining information systems confidentially and securely, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Ability to follow instructions and procedures with guidance. Ability to plan and organise daily work routines with guidance. Supportive and effective team player. Ability to engage with service users and members of the public. Ability to learn statistics. Reliable and keeps good time.
