Post: Dedicated Waking Night Residential Worker (various full-time/part-time posts)
Salary: Grade 7, £22,401 - £25,463
We are looking to appoint Dedicated Waking Night staff, to take responsibility for the care of young people overnight ensuring that their physical, emotional, safety and health needs are met promptly.
These responsibilities include ensuring high standards of care, working to the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. The young people in our care have complex needs requiring high levels of skill and resilience from our teams to ensure best outcomes for children. The successful candidate will be part of a 24/7 service for young people operating within a duty rota undertaking duties the night time hours.
Required qualifications: 4 GCSEs (grade A – C) including Maths and English or equivalent and/or NVQ Level 3 in Child Care.
